Practical examples
From school notices to a shared family routine
Family access remains controlled. Every draft requires review; AI writing and transcription are restricted to eligible, authorized users. Store availability must be checked on the product website.
Review an incoming notice
Bring the information into the reviewable inbox and check dates, materials and uncertain details before saving an Action Card. Incoming notices are not automatically interpreted by AI.
Make responsibility explicit
Assign the action to a guardian, follow its deadline in the calendar and mark completion. Students use their own scoped view rather than the entire family workspace.
Keep the school routine coordinated
Use the reviewed card and calendar to align preparation across caregivers. The current pilot does not automatically read WhatsApp groups or continuously import Google Classroom.
